Contact events are instances in which you have communicated with your customer. You may receive or send an email, meet with the customer, or call him telephonically. If you have multiple customers, it is quite difficult to remember when last you contacted a particular customer.

CQWorx allows you to define multiple contact events per customer. Each event has a date, a time, a description and, optionally, a file attachment. For example, if you received a facsimile as a TIFF file from your customer, you can attach the TIFF image to the contact event. For outgoing correspondence, CQWorx allows you to use a template document to send a pre-defined document to your customer via email, for example.
