Many organizations categorize their customers into types, for example "prospective customers", "inactive customers" etc. If you have many customers, it is useful to filter your customers by customer type, because it makes it easier to find a customer if they are filtered by type. You can define your own custom types of customers by going to the "My organization" window in the main CQWorx form. When you add a new customer type, it will become available when you edit or add new customers.
