System users are your employees and users of the system. In the Freeware version of CQWorx, you can only have one system user. This user is pre-created for you. You can change the login name and password of this user, but you cannot delete this user or add a new system user. The Professional version does not have any limits on the number of system users.

Each system user must have a user name and a password.

When a user logs on to CQWorx, the actions he performs are logged against his name. Later on you can generate reports per system user, for example the number of orders received by system user.
